CLAIRE'S WIGS - RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURN PERIOD
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase
OUR NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED POLICY
We make high-quality products and stand behind them with a no-questions-asked return policy. If for any reason you wish to return your wig, you can do so within the return period - no questions asked. Simply contact us and keep the wig in its original good condition.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Step 1: Contact Us

- Your order number or simply your name
Step 2: Return Authorization
We will provide you with return instructions and authorization. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us at damoncollective@gmail.com right away if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Parts or accessories are missing
We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Third-party brand wigs (e.g., Gisela Mayer wigs and other branded products)

Custom products including:
- Products made through our step-by-step customization process (where we send pictures/videos at each stage for customer approval)
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service:
- Return your current item following the process above
- Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item
- This ensures you receive your preferred item quickly
EUROPEAN UNION CONSUMERS - 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have additional rights under EU consumer protection law:
- 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of goods
- Right to cancel for any reason without justification
- Same condition requirements apply (unworn, unused, original packaging, tags attached)
- You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days
- You have an additional 14 days to send the item back after notification
Note: Your 30-day return period still applies, giving you the better of the two options.
REFUND PROCESS
Inspection & Approval
- We will inspect your return within 2-3 business days of receipt
- You will be notified by email whether your refund is approved
- If approved, refund will be processed automatically
Refund Timeline
- Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
- Bank/Credit Card: Additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to post the refund
- Total Timeline: Allow up to 15 business days from approval
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method automatically.
Delayed Refunds
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at damoncollective@gmail.com.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items with signs of wear or use
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Customs duties/taxes on returns are the customer's responsibility
- Currency conversion fees may apply to refunds

This return policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Changes will not affect returns already in progress.
